How to download an Ethiopian bank receipt.

Paste the transaction ID, the receipt link, or the full SMS the bank sent.
Verify.ET detects the bank and checks the payment with the bank directly.
If the payment is verified, use "Open bank receipt" to see it on the bank's site, or "Download receipt" to save the copy we fetched.

Is the downloaded receipt edited by Verify.ET?

No. Every download is the bank's own file, exactly as the bank produced it. For CBE receipt links that is CBE's own generated PDF, and for Bank of Abyssinia it is the PDF from the "Download PDF" button on BOA's receipt page. Verify.ET never creates or edits receipt contents.

Why can't I download a receipt for a failed check?

Receipts are only offered after the bank confirms the payment. If the transaction is not found or the check fails, there is nothing verified to download.

What if the download doesn't work?

Sometimes a bank's receipt service is slow or down. Use "Retry download", or "Open bank receipt" to view, print, or save it on the bank's own website.
